The farm today

The farm today is an innovative, focused and committed food production system, supplying high quality, fresh salad products to customers all over Europe.

The farm today

The farm today is focused on the production of wholehead and babyleaf salads, whilst also growing a range of combinable crops.

Our primary production is for the catering and retail markets. With huge investment taking place in the year of 2014 into a brand new cold storage and packhouse facility, the business is dedicated to continuing its success in producing high quality products for our customers.

The farm is compliant with the standards of leading supermarkets and restaurants and is dedicated to producing food safely. The farm is currently being run by Stephen Betts with Nick Ottewell (Director). There is a team of 31 full time members of staff with 110 seasonal workers during the growing season.
