Harvesting
Lettuce is selected daily to order, and then cut graded and packed in the field with the aid of modern harvesting rigs. Each lettuce is cut by hand to ensure top quality. The produce is then transported back to the farm cooling and dispatch facilities.
Cooling
Produce passes though state of the art vacuum coolers, reducing the temperature to 3 degrees Celsius, straight into the cold store where it is sorted out ready for delivery to the customers.
